Become a MEMBER of The Herdman Association
Membership is open to any interested individual, family or group whether resident in Ewhurst Parish or not. People who support the charity and are aged 18 or over can apply to the trustees to become a Member. The trustees will keep an up-to-date membership list; they may remove a person’s membership if they believe it is in the best interest of the charity.
There is a choice of two membership subscription rates:

- For £5 Membership subscription, one receives email copies of the Quarterly Newsletters and email invitations to attend the AGM together with the Agenda and Committee Reports or
- for £10 Membership subscription, one receives hard colour copies of the Quarterly Newsletters and hard copy invitations to attend the AGM together with the Agenda and Committee Reports
- a discount of £5 (the annual membership fee) when hiring either the Pavilion or the Field for the first time;
- priority booking in the event of a non-member seeking to hire the facilities at the same time;
- receipt of newsletters and other relevant notices by email (unless indicated otherwise on the application form), and
- the right to stand and vote in Executive Committee elections held each year at the Annual General Meeting (usually held in either October or November). All members shall be entitled to receive notice of and attend and speak at such meetings and receive minutes of meetings by email (unless indicated otherwise on the application form).
