The talk covers the early years of ocean rowing and rowers, all of whom he knew. £5 per person - A demonstration by Phil Harrison 'Baking Better Bread: Sourdough'.The second of Phil's breadmaking demonstrations, Phil says, "This course is suitable for beginners in bread making and for those who already have some experience in getting their hands floury! I will be demonstrating the versatility of Sourdough - the wild and natural yeast that gives bread more flavour. I will show you how to keep your Sourdough starter going and how to use it for breads, pizzas and even cakes. And I will share my recipe for Sourdough Apple and Cider bread - a kind of tea loaf with real flavour!" £20 per person including hot soup and sourdough bread
